Return and Exchange Policy
Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. We will accept returns for items in their original unused condition, with all tags attached, and a copy of the original invoice must be included with the returned item. Refunds will be credited back to credit cards 30 days after goods are received and inspected. All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale merchandise. Upon receipt of returned goods, Punchcase.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Items purchased at any other stores or websites may not be returned to punchcase.com. Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice. All returns and exchange shipping is charged to the customer unless otherwise specified on the website for a limited time offer.

Return/ Exchange Process:
Please email customerservice@punchcase.com for a return authorization (RA). Please pack the item securely into a box, including a copy of your packing list and the RA form. Please print clearly the issued RA number on the outside of the box. Please return the merchandise to:
